For Coffee:

Because of coffee’s perishable nature as a food product, we cannot accept returns of whole bean products, but we would be happy to resolve delivery issues for missing, damaged, or stolen products.

Please contact info@bigstepcoffee.com within 15 days of your order being marked as "Delivered."

For Merchandise:

Returns or exchanges can be accepted within 30 days of purchases.
