A blend of two coffees from the Rukira region of Nyeri - a region known for its bright, fruit-forward coffees grown in the volcanic soils surrounding Mount Kenya. The blend is represented by two cooperatives - the Mutheka Farmers Cooperative and the Othaya Farmers Society.
Swiss Water® uses a proprietary chemical-free method to gently remove caffeine using only water containing the soluble solids that naturally occur in green coffee. The result is a high-quality process that preserves the unique origin flavors, taste, and characteristics of the coffee.
Tasting notes: aroma of dark chocolate, bright acidity, medium body.
